This is a beautifully renovated home. 2-3 Min to the freeway in Orem. 10 min to UVU. Full master bedroom with master bathroom, walk-in shower. Full walk-in closet (washer and dryer in closet, its amazing), walk-in shower. Another bedroom with a full bathroom across the hall. There is a vivint security system installed in the home. The house has been sprayed quarterly for bugs for the past 4 years. The garage and driveway are for your vehicles. You will have full use of the garage and its storage. Backyard is so big, and there is a covered patio, as well as a shed in the back. This is a quiet neighborhood and both to the left and right of the house are friendly neighbors. The utilities, gas, power, city, internet, and security system (optional additional $50) will be a flat rate of $350 monthly on top of rent. There is a full garage with plenty of storage shelves that is for your use. Tenant will pay $350 monthly for gas, city, utilities, power, and internet. We do get pest control sprayed quarterly and ask the tenant to pay for half of it. We do offer a Vivint security system, which will be an additional $50 a month. Move-in as soon as November 25th, and we will have a 13-month or 12-month lease to finish at the end of December 2025. The pet fee is $50 monthly per pet. We love our fur babies. Any damages done by animals will be required by the tenant to repair damages. This includes any holes dug in the grass, wall damage, carpet stains/urine, and fencing from the animals will be expected to be fixed by the tenant. We do have short-term renters in the basement and if we receive any complaints of a dog having a barking issue, we will require a bark collar or the dog be removed from the premises. The tenant will oversee yard maintenance such as mowing, weeding, and sprinkler turn on and shut off (landlord will review with the tenant). No smoking on the property.
