THIS IS FOR ONE PERSON ONLY! I apologize, but the septic is old and can't handle more than one person living there! It is in a FANTASTIC location near several hiking trails! It is about 8 minutes to Woodland Park and 15 minutes to Colorado Springs west side. It has a nice bedroom with room for a queen bed and one side for a dresser, office, etc. The living room has a wood burning fireplace to enjoy on those cold nights. There is just a shower and toilet in the bathroom. Kitchen sink is the only sink. There are hiking trails and a waterfall fall just up the street! The neighbors ( my renters ) are just on the other side of the rear fence, so I'm looking for someone who is quiet and respectful. It's a little rustic with the knotty pine interior and finishes, but a great little place! You can hear the stream across the steet from the front porch! I am ideally looking for a long term tenant! I start with 6 months and then people can stay as long as they want if it works out. $1,200 deposit.
