Additional amenities include towels, bedding, eating and cooking utensils, fridge/freezer/microwave, coffee service, tea kettle, convection oven, work space and access to a fenced private backyard with covered porch. Cozy and convenient. The only shared living space is the covered back porch and backyard. Note this is its own apartment/guest suite in a private home. This is a short-term lease fully furnished one bedroom unit (with a kitchenette) for one person only. Best for a working professional or someone doing an internship for the summer. No smoking is allowed inside or on the property. No parties or hosting of events in the space. Short term may be defined as a week or portion of a month or a monthly stay just for a few months. Rent by the week (seven day stay) is $595 pro-rated by the day $85/day. Short term lease only.

Owner is a working professional female who likes to garden, enjoys museums, reading and cooking. The units are separate, so there is no roommate situation or shared spaces aside from the yard and back porch.
