The interior includes a king-size bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 1.5 bathrooms, washer and dryer, three TVs, central A/C, and a comfortable living area with a large-screen TV, fireplace/heater, loveseats, and reclining seating. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size residential side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, stove and oven, microwave/convection oven, toaster oven, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and kitchen essentials. Outside, guests have a designated yard and parking area plus an outdoor kitchen with refrigerator, BBQ grill, and flat-top griddle. Guests have access to our waterfront gazebo with a direct view of the Atlantic Ocean and our new heated/chilled swimming pool. The neighborhood also has a community park with a small boat ramp. Kayaks and paddleboards can be launched from the park. The ramp may also be suitable for certain boats at higher tide levels, but boat launch or retrieval is not guaranteed and depends on boat size, draft, tide, and current conditions.
