Looking for a roommate to fill bedroom in a 2-bedroom 1-bath house in Menlo Park! Timeline: room available January 1, 2026 with lease ending on December 31, 2026 (although extendable year-to year). Location: Belle Haven neighborhood in Menlo Park, 1 mile from Meta and the Dumbarton bridge, 2 min drive from Willow road exit on US 101. 15 minute drive from Stanford, also 20 minutes biking (my usual commute). It might be helpful to have a car if wanting to live here, as there are not very many grocery stores walking distance Price: $1900 a month plus utilities (around $100 per person). Amenities: large backyard, in-unit laundry, single-car garage for food/bike/outdoor gear storage, central air conditioning and heating (works very well), new appliances (dishwasher, oven, washer, dryer, refrigerator/freezer all less than a year old). Driveway fits 2 cars easily and tons of available street parking for having guests. There is a nice outdoor dining set for eating in the backyard. Grill and fire pit as well for having parties! My roommate and I built garden beds for planting in the backyard as well! Please note that this is a shared house with a shared bathroom and that I identify as a man (he/him), although I'm open to a co-ed living situation (I've had women roommates before).
