Only half block away is the paved Dover Ponderay bike trail, two blocks away is the Pend Oreille River, access to 7 miles of Dover Bay trail system, Syringa trail system just across the highway. 25 minute drive to Schweitzer Mountain Resort, 5 minutes to downtown Sandpoint, and 1 minute (3 blocks) to the DISH restaurant at Dover Bay. Beautifully crafted 400 sqft cabin with two Lofts, kitchen, bathroom, and living room. Cabin fits 2 adults comfortably. We are looking for a weekend warrior who wants to have a getaway cabin for the winter season. The renter would have access to cabin all season long. Not looking for a full time tenant, but for someone who is tired of eating out, staying at hotels, and lugging their gear in and out.
