My husband and I love this place and so does our dog, and we are so sad to leave, but we had a baby and bought a house! We have been here for almost 3 years and would've gladly continued if we didn't find the perfect home by family. The apartment is fully updated and clean. It is only a few steps below street level and doesn't feel like an English Garden unit at all. We have blinds open a lot and there is a small tree in-front of the unit that blocks people from seeing in much, but we can see out well with great sunlight. This unit has the bonus of 2 mud rooms/ entryways. In unit washer and dryer and dishwasher. You have access to a large patio out back and the grass was recently replaced with turf.
