Great neighborhood, nice fixer upper. Structure of home is good and solid, needs some tlc. Downstairs bathroom needs new sheetrock due to leak from toliet ( toliet has been fixed), needs Sheetrock in downstairs due to leaky pipe ( has been fixed have Sheetrock but due to medical Issues unable to fix), backyard needs work, fenced backyard and 16 x 40 shop, with a nice sized garage. We need to sell due to medical issues as we are not able to maintain the home. There are so many possibilities with this home.
