This little neighborhood has many units owned by the same family for generations- just like this one. Grandma and Grandpa took great pride in this unit with newer laminate flooring, new vinyl siding, new windows and doors, new skirting and upgraded electric, The HVAC system from 2012 but has newer compressor and fan motor.
