Military is a +. This is the townhome floorplan with bedrooms upstairs and living area and kitchen downstairs. It's the best floorplan of the complex. This unit has an outstanding view with the lawn in front of the patio and views of the mountains. The pictures are from before the last time the unit was rented. Since then, we replaced the hardwood flooring and carpet, and both are like new. The current hard wood floors are dark grey. Toilets have since been replaced as well. There is an attached garage as well as a garage spot in a separate building right across from the unit vs. some other units that only have a covered carport spot for the 2nd parking area. The pool out the front door is maybe a couple hundred feet away for quick access but far enough away to avoid the noise. We're avoiding showing the unit until an agreement to rent on both sides has been met and that you're fairly sure you'd like the place and before final lease signing. We want people who will stay for at least a year. Longer is preferred, but it can be month to month after the 1st year. We're flexible after the 1st year. We're looking for people who are clean and low maintenance. We're good responsive landlords. I can provide the current renters' info if they're okay with it and if you have questions for the renters. We're not the type to raise the rent every year and it will not go up for at least 2 years. After that we'll not raise it more then $50 to $100 a month, max, if that. We just want renters to be comfortable in that your rent is not going to be raised a significant amount every year like some places do. Renter responsible for all utilities. No pets or smoking.
