Approved pets require a $500 refundable pet deposit per pet and $65 monthly pet rent per pet. Maximum of two approved pets unless otherwise agreed in writing. Tenant is responsible for all pet-related damage, odors, lawn damage, cleaning, and nuisance issues. Assistance animals are not considered pets. Requests for service animals or emotional support animals will be reviewed as reasonable-accommodation requests in accordance with applicable fair housing laws. Where the disability-related need is not apparent or already known, reliable supporting documentation may be requested. No pet deposit, pet fee, or monthly pet rent will be charged for an approved assistance animal, but the tenant remains responsible for actual damage, nuisance, sanitation issues, or violations of law caused by the animal..
