The location is really convenient, and close to downtown Clearwater amenities, and activities, Pinellas Trail, Coachman Park, the beautiful new library, and the beach. The carpeted long room across the front has coffered walls, a mantle, and a ceiling boarder. It is divided by a large entertainment center/bookcase into a living room area with couch, chairs, and a desk; and a bedroom area with a double bed, and small chest of drawers. There is a bathroom with shower, and a deep closet off the large well equipped eat-in kitchen in the back. The kitchen walls are wallpapered between the wide baseboards and the wide “country style” chair-rail high boarder. We just put in a new countertop, and upgraded to a glasstop stove. Overall inside the apartment is the size of a two car garage (less that 500 sq. ft.)—perfect for a single person. The apartment seems to attract the nicest tenants, and we are looking for a nice quiet non-smoker, who will be compatible sharing our lovely back yard, and our peaceful neighborhood. The $750/month rent on an annual lease includes the water, sewer and garbage. The tenant pays their own electric, and for other services they want like cable TV, or internet and wi-fi. We require a refundable $400 security deposit, and a last month rent deposit ($1,900 to move in). We do not accept pets. Owner holds last month rent deposit; owner pays water, sewer & garbage; tenant pays electric, cable, etc.
