The name of the street this lot is on says it all, "Longview Ct". We enjoyed this location for our 2nd home for almost 20 years before we lost the home due to fire. The views from this location are spectacular. It has an approval for a 3 bedroom septic system with Sevier County, and from what I am being told, this is needed if you want to build a 3 bedroom. It's been a few years since we had any tree trimming done, so if there are any trees on the lot blocking your view, they can be trimmed. The location of this lot is very convenient with easy access to Gatlinburg (10 minutes), Pigeon Forge (15-20 minutes), Smokey Mountain National Park (10 minutes), & Over Gatlinburg (5-10 minutes). It also has several routes off Ski Mountain (the mountain it's on), so you can chose the best route for where you are heading.
