The House is 3 floors. the 1st floor is where I and my Fiance Live. Meaning the only access should be to enter or leave the premises. the 2nd floor has 6 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, and 1 living room. each bedroom is for rent if not already occupied, but the bathroom, kitchen, and living room with be shared among all tenants on the 2nd floor. the 3rd floor has not been determined yet, but it is off limits to tenants for the time being. The home is filled with cameras all around the house and the hallways on the 1st and 2nd floor. this is to ensure all safety for all tenants and more concerns. If your desperate or wanna save money, this home is for you. $500 is all you pay monthly and utilities are all included. Owner is not liable, pets are allowed, but a pet fee and non-refundable deposit will be required for the animal. no dogs, only cats. no drugs etc and must be able to pass drug test.
