Requirements: - must be able to pass background check, including a decent credit record (I'm more concerned with outstanding debts than the actual score). ALL potential tenants will be screened. - must be able to provide places of residence over last 5 years - must have a monthly income of at least $2500, before taxes - no smoking allowed inside the unit - move-in costs will be $1700 (security deposit + 1st month's rent), plus $30 paid directly to third-party for application which includes background/credit screening. Dominion Energy may require a deposit fee to put the energy bill in renter's name, depending on their history with the company, and it does get refunded or applied to the remaining balance during move-out. - pets are allowed for a one-time non-refundable fee. $200 for the first pet and $50 for every pet after that. Again, this is a one-time fee, not an addition to your monthly rent. I don't have a hard limit on the number of pets, but there is a limit we'll determine on a case-by-case basis, and I'm willing to work with you on the fee depending on the kind and number of pets. You will have an entire fenced-in yard with a nice balcony view at your disposal, and there's even a trampoline. The apartment also comes partially furnished.
