In 1989 we added a 4th bedroom and 3rd full bath 380 additional square feet under County of LA building permits and inspections. This addition was completed in August 1989. The LA County Assessors office did not update their records until we filed a request in 2015. The house now totals 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths and 1887 square feet. Please update your Zillow records.
