Our home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, separate laundry room/space, cozy main living area, and ample storage downstairs, as well as AC! The master suite is built into the downstairs area and will stay cool in the heat of the summer. This area is also nearly soundproof and easily darkened (this is a benefit for people that have to get some sleep during the day!). The large yard has been recently fully fenced and has ample planter beds for you to enjoy beautiful blooms in the spring and summer or plant your own garden. Along the fence grows a large amount of table grapes ready to eat when ripened! There is a small garden shed on the property for storing necessary garden and landscape equipment, as well as a covered, 2-sided car port with a man door to the backyard. The neighborhood is very quiet and homey and the community very welcoming. Up the hill from the house you will find the Arlington High School, but the noise and traffic are not noticeable and do not detract from the quiet, serene environment of the neighborhood. While we are accepting pets, we are limiting the animals to a maximum of 2 dogs. Cats will not be allowed. Fish tanks will be acceptable as long as they are smaller than 20 gallons. City water is provided along with garbage for the $105.00. There is a water limit of 5,500 gallons and after that it goes up in 1,000 gallon increments. Power has currently been ranging between $100-150 per month throughout the year. It really just depends on where you like the temperature set. No cats and dogs must go through screening process. There is no physical mail service delivered to the house. There is a post office downtown where you can obtain a PO box.
