Private room with closet and shared bathroom, safe neighborhood, garage space parking available. Currently able to furnish with a bed and bedframe if requested. You will not be required to perform lawncare, and I have a cleaning lady come once a month, but I still request you keep the common space relatively neat. I do not allow smoking on or in my property. Common areas include a gym in the basement, living room, dining room, backyard, laundry room. This will be a month to month lease. Prorated if you leave/move in early.
