We're about 20 minutes to any part of Charleston: downtown, Mount Pleasant, Summerville ... and 40 minutes to the beach: Sullivan's Island, Folly Beach, Isle of Palms. We're only 10 minutes from Park Circle, the Charleston International Airport, Tanger Outlets, Charleston Convention Center and the North Charleston Performing Arts Center. We offer our personal recommendations and area information that we're happy to share in advance of your trip. Just ask after you book, and we'll send it your way. There's a lot to do in the area, While we welcome families with children, our home is not baby-proofed. Guests are responsible for supervising their children and ensuring both their safety and the care of our property. We've included thoughtful touches to make traveling with little ones easier, but every family and every child is different. An additional cleaning fee will apply in cases of significant damage, including marks on walls, furniture, or other property-related issues. City of Hanahan Short Term License #: 22306 Owner pays for gas, electric, water, trash and Internet. Tenant is responsible for keeping the home and yard in good condition. Monthly air filter replacement is tenant responsibility. Monthly professional cleaning of $125 is required. No smoking or vaping in or around the house. Any damage to the house from pets or tenants will be taken from security deposit and/or charged above and beyond.
