A FEW RULES TO FOLLOW: NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO GLASS NEAR POOL, DRY YOUR FEET IF LEAVING THE POOL DECK AREA (tile floor is slippery), MUST BE 25 OR OLDER TO MAKE A RESERVATION, We are interested in leasing this property month to month for 3, 6, or maybe 12 month periods. We prefer month to month leases. If the tenant or the owner are not comfortable both parties are free to terminate the lease. To get started we may sign a 3 month lease.
