Renting out a room in my apartment for $1450/month! I'm looking for someone for at least 3 months or longer. (Carpets recently cleaned professionally!) There's a private half bath in the room as well as a full length mirrored closet. Apartment wise, there's a main bathroom with a shared shower and kitchen has all appliances. There's a balcony with seating that looks over the neighborhood and coin-op laundry on site also! The location is near a ton of local shops, grocery stores and restaurants (one block away from Solano Ave!) It's also great for commuters into the city as BART is only a 5 min drive or a 30 min drive to SF via freeway. Also must like cats because I have one orange cat named Calvin (very friendly) Please message privately for more info on deposits, move-in, etc! Looking for someone easy going and is okay with most of the apartment already furnished. Tenants pay for electricity and internet. Landlord pays garbage and water. Laundry on site is coin-operated.
