It has an electronic entry lock, original refinished wood kitchen cabinets with updated backsplash, but no dishwasher or garbage disposal. There is commercial carpet in the living room, wood floor in the bedroom and walk-in closet, and vinyl floors in the kitchen and bathroom. The laundry room also contains a storage locker for each apartment. Washers and dryers are free (no coins or cards required). Rent includes water, sewer, garbage and recycling. We have parking available for one car only and street parking is extremely limited on our narrow street adjacent to the golf course. For this reason, we only accept applicants with a maximum of one vehicle and we offer a $100 monthly credit for applicants with no vehicle.Our agreement is for one year, reverting month to month. Electricity is provided by Seattle City Light. Responsible pet owners are welcome with an additional $250 refundable deposit. We charge a $25 lock recode fee on moveout.
