Hey y'all! I have a private space to rent in my home in Scripps Ranch. It's a quiet 2B2B condominium in an area with plenty of parking, so If you have a car, you can typically find parking right in front or I can arrange a private space. If not, we have all major stores nearby and public transportation as well. My new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room with Fire Place & kitchen. Also, he/she can enjoy the patio directly facing the hill with lots of greenery & swimming pool or Jacuzzi in the Club House. Ideally, I'm looking for someone to stay at least six months, a non smoker, and not too noisy. If this sounds like it might suit you, please contact me. Thanks.
