My fully-furnished home, which was built in 2021, offers everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable stay. I've designed my home, its shared spaces, and private bedrooms to be perfect for the remote worker, traveling medical professional, and any adventurers who want a clean, comfortable place to stay for 1 - 16 weeks at a time. My home emanates a bright and spacious vibe, thanks to an abundance of windows that flood the rooms with natural light and let the fresh Colorado Springs air in. The breathtaking views from my home will leave you in awe. Enjoy amazing views of Pikes Peak and the surrounding picturesque beauty including the iconic Garden of the Gods and Cheyenne Mountain Ridge. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an open floor concept living area where you'll find an extremely comfortable sectional couch, 65" 4K smart TV (with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, HBO Max, YouTube). You'll find new and spacious furniture that is both comfortable and stylish. Every corner of our vacation rental is designed to provide a cozy and inviting atmosphere for your stay. The kitchen is a highlight of the main level, featuring ample space to prepare and cook your any of your meals. Whether you prefer to whip up a gourmet meal or simply enjoy a quick snack, you'll find everything you need in this well-equipped kitchen; with two fridges, you'll have plenty of space to store your groceries and beverages. A sliding glass door off of the kitchen will bring you out to the outdoor patio area. With its comfortable sectional sofa and ample exposure to sun, it's a perfect for sunbathing, relaxing, unwinding, meditating, reading. Personal fitness and strength training enthusiasts will appreciate my private gym, complete with a range of equipment: from dumbbells to a dip/pull-up bar station, a dual cable all-in-one functional trainer, and boxing heavy bag, you'll have everything you need for a comprehensive workout. Your private bedroom (with locking doorknob) has a queen bed and all the furniture and amenities you need to enjoy a comfortable stay for weeks or months. All utilities are covered. We welcome guests to reserve our room for 4-16 weeks at a time followed by a flexible month-to-month arrangement. You will have access to your own private bedroom with locking doorknob, a full bathroom located right across the hallway from you, a fully stocked kitchen, dining room, living room, side patio, upstairs study with incredible views, and a home gym.
