We are looking for 1 roommate for a 7 month lease, starting January 2015 and ending July 31 2015. The house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and is miles from Georgia Tech, miles away from the MARTA Arts Center Station, and miles away from Atlantic Station/Publix. The house has been completely renovated, with plenty of parking, washer/dryer, kitchen that includes all appliances, and plenty of storage space. All the common areas are furnished, and the bedroom can be furnished too if preferred. The landlord takes really good care of the property, and is fast to make repairs. The rent is $550 plus 1/4 of the utilities (water, gas, electricity and internet+cable, generally $80/month). We are currently 4 chemistry graduate students living in the house, and everything is going smoothly. The house is very convenient for GT students, and I have enjoyed living there for the past two years. I will graduate in Dec 2014, and I am looking for someone to take over my room.
