We've just done a major refresh by painting and putting in new flooring, so this house feels new again! The house is only about 16ft wide, but it's long and has ample space with an attached garage, 1/2 bath, laundry, and open kitchen/dining/living room all on the main floor with a huge master bedroom upstairs along with the other two rooms and bathrooms. We really enjoyed the house when we lived in it, and loved our small backyard for having an intimate BBQ/chilling at the end of the day. It's a little close to freeway noise, but the new windows/insulation keeps the sounds out, and we liked to imagine the ocean waves :) We're really hoping for some new tenants who will enjoy the home like we did. For tours, we're happy to set up some video calls in the next week, with the plan to do an in person walk through after. No need to fill out and pay the $40/adult application fee until after you've seen the house. We're hoping for a year-long lease, and will have to adjust the damage/security deposit based on credit report. If you have a pet(s), there will be a non-refundable pet cleaning deposit based on the size/type of pet.
