I absolutely loved living here, lots of space, 1 bedroom, 4 closets, 1 bath, free washer dryer in unit, PATIO, your own entrance and space to garden out front. +Pet friendly. Off street parking. This place feels more like a townhouse than an apartment. Cottage cabin retro vibes. Really perfect for the right person. Neighbors are great. Aren't nosey but we keep in contact and even pet-sit for eachother once in a while. LGBTQ+ friendly community. There is a ton of room to garden. I did a lot of that here and it's absolutely lovely. They offered reduced rent on certain months when I took care of the grounds. You may be able to work this out with them too. Oh and it's an 8 minute walk to the state fair in the summer!
