The one-bedroom, cozy apartment on the first floor of a secure building would come fully furnished (except for electronics), is a ten minute walk to the Morse Red Line and 20 minutes from Loyola's campus. Perfect for students or anyone in need of a temporary stay. Gas is paid. You would pay electric (average $40-per-month) and cable/internet. Perfect for Loyola students. If your semester ends before the term of the lease, we can be flexible. Street parking is available and no permit is necessary. The lease would begin in January and end six months later.
