This home features three bedrooms to accommodate your group. The master bedroom offers a spacious king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, providing a private sanctuary for relaxation. The second bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen bed, while the third bedroom features a bunk bed with two queen-sized beds, perfect for accommodating larger groups or families. The second and third bedrooms share a well-appointed guest bathroom. We do allow up to 2 dogs and charge a pet fee of $50 for 1 dog or $115 for 2 dogs. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on our digital check-in. Pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets. This rental home is in a quiet neighborhood, so we ask for your help in respecting the friendly neighbors by not hosting parties of any sort and keeping music and noise quiet after 10 pm each night. Smoking, vaping, or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premises of the property. Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy, and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund, and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done. Guests are required to digitally agree and sign house rules and rental agreement which will be emailed once booking is received.
