    Important Note: Zillow indicates that my home is located in Sorrento Valley. It's actually in the Mira Mesa community (ZIP Code 92126). The home is on the Mira Mesa/Sorrento Valley border, though. The upstairs consists of a master bedroom with a bathroom and walk-in closet. The bathroom was fully renovation in 2005 and consists of a large shower, dual sink vanity separate toilet area and tile floor. The closet has a built-in organization unit. The second floor has two bedrooms, each with large closets and which share a full bathroom. The first floor is very open with a large family and dining area. The kitchen extends the width of the unit. There's also a fourth bedroom which could be used a an office or den. The heating system was replaced with a 95% efficient unit in December 2009. Neighborhood Description My home is located in the Tierra Mesa neighborhood of Mira Mesa. Tierra Mesa consists of 135 households. The neighborhood is very quiet and extremely child friendly. The community has a common pool area with a 60' long pool, spa and grilling area. The pool is open year-round, although is it generally heated only from spring to early autumn.
