Additionally, the residence is ideally situated within one mile of Lincoln elementary, middle, and high schools. Open house viewings are scheduled for the following dates and times: Sunday, March 8th, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM; Tuesday, March 10th, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM; Wednesday, March 11th, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM; and Thursday, March 12th, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. We do not participate in the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program. Pets are not permitted on the premises. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property. Applicants must not have any prior eviction history or criminal record. The property will be leased in its current condition, meaning no interior or exterior updates will be undertaken at the tenant's request. To qualify for tenancy, applicants are evaluated based on their income, creditworthiness, and background history. A minimum gross monthly income equivalent to three times the monthly rent is required, and verifiable proof of income must be submitted with the application. Additionally, prospective tenants are expected to maintain a credit score exceeding 600.
