I work long hours and often travel, I will barely be home to sleep. You probably won't see me often. I have furniture (shown in picture) in there right now for you to use, or I can completely remove everything if you wish and you can do whatever you want with the place. This location is close to the N train, restaurants, laundromat and pharmacy. Lastly, I am a female and would like to receive inquiries from females only (no offense fellas, just a bit more comfortable this way) Heat, hot water, and internet is includes. Electric bill will be split.
