Close to The 5 freeway. Walking distance to Paradise bakery, Smart n Final, Ralphs, Trader Joe's, Papa John's, and other stuff people like.) No pets, Sorry. :( Also, my landlord doesn't allow sublets or month-to-monthers, and wants to run a credit check and application before she approves any potential roommate to move in, so you'd have to be okay with filling out an application for a $25 credit check fee Owner pays for water. $25 dollar credit check.
