Your space is very private, though. We do have a 10 pound Yorkipoo (dog) who is sometimes in the backyard, so you need to be comfortable around pets. We have a security deposit equal to one month of rent, which will be fully refunded upon move out at the end of the lease term contingent upon condition of apartment. Any substantial damage will be subtracted from security deposit. Water and electricity utilities and internet, are paid for by the Owner (included in your lease payments). Free parking is available on the street. NO SMOKING of any kind (including vaping or e-cigarettes) and illegal substances are allowed on the premises. No permanent modifications of the apartment are allowed (painting walls, changing flooring, etc). No parties or excessive noise allowed on property. We have a child and a dog who live on the property, so please take that into consideration. Tenant is responsible for basic maintenance of apartment. Regular operational maintenance on a quarterly basis to be provided by Owner (changing air filters, plumbing inspection, biannual HVAC inspection, pest control).
