Apartment is in a Historic building. (Comstock Mansion) located near Huckleberry's on the south hill. We have remodeled this unit to keep the original charm with a moden vibe. We are looking for a person that is a good neighbor that appreciates and respects the other tenants. The other tenants all get along really well and are hoping we find another cool person. As the owner/ landlord, we live in one of the units as well. It is a secured door building. We do a thorough background check. We are looking for someone who has a history of paying rent well and taking care of the property. And being generally a no problem neighbor.
