Our home is an historic craftsman, built in 1912 and is in one of the most beautiful residential neighborhoods (Mission Hills) in San Diego. Its centrally located, near downtown, the beaches, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Hillcrest, Little Italy, the airport, hospitals and much more. Its a charming community that is safe, quiet, where you can walk to local parks, shops and restaurants. Our home is light and open with a well-maintained property with luscious gardens. We have lived in this home for 30 years and will be traveling this summer to spend some extended time with our grandchildren. The home had a full interior remodel in 2012 so it comes with a spacious open kitchen and modern furnishings. The home's third bedroom and garage will be used to store our personal items while we're traveling which is why the home is being rented as a two bedroom two bathroom.
