This is half of a duplex, with a small fairly newly-refenced back yard. Pets (with references, if possible) are no problem but should not left outside if you are not inside the home. Kitchen and bathroom were completely redone a year ago. Sliding glass door replaced about a year ago. Refrigerator with ice maker was replaced new about 6 months ago. Washer and dryer are included, but if they break I will not maintain. Renter pays electric and water. Trash pickup is included. Would prefer a longer lease. Will give a significant discount for paying on the first.
