It's a 1069 sqft. townhome two-bedroom and I'm the female owner of the home where I'll be living in the master bedroom. I have a private 100 sqft. bedroom and a full bathroom, pets are allowed, cable TV, Internet, fireplace, patio, garage, parking only on carport/driveway, washer & dryer right next to the room to be rented, storage in garage, microwave, refrigerator, oven & stove, shareable Livingroom with entertainment center, carpet in rented room, tiled bathroom, the room is furnished, and public pool (not heated except during the summer). No smoking inside the home. There is a patio with comfortable chairs available in the backyard for smoking. Parking on the carport, the garage is not ready for parking yet. Pets are allowed. I currently have a Pomeranian in the house with a small doggy door. $500 deposit which is refundable at the end of the lease upon the conditions that a 30-day notice is given and the property is left in the same condition it was before moving in. Renter expected to keep the microwave and stove clean, the kitchen clean, use the washer & dryer on weekends with full loads only, keep their full bathroom clean as visitors may use it, if any appliances fail during the renter's use of them they are responsible for the $125 charge for the home warranty service to repair the appliance, if not covered by home warranty service then the repair costs shall be split between me and the renter for any repair costs due to their usage of the item. The renter is expected to keep the mattress pad made specifically for the mattress on the bed at all times to prevent staining. The renter will be responsible for the replacement of the mattress if stained by the renter or any of their pets. If the renter stains the mattress, the renter will be charged for a new $500 Costco foam mattress.
