The kitchen is new one year ago and the countertops are granite with an island plus a separate dining room. The living room is large and there is a porch out the front. The basement has two rooms(you can't put a bed downstairs) and a bath along with washer/dryer. The basement is also drain tiled and so it will not flood or get wet. There is an A/C unit with this house, new siding(insulation and house wrapped), one off-street parking location, and a back yard. This is a beautiful house that has been restored and updated as much as possible. I should have a deck installed in the back sometime this summer. I do not accept felonies, evictions, or drug offenses. There will be a background/credit/employment check. No dogs, cats Ok and extra.
