Employment/Income: We look for you to be employed for at least a year with your current employer & for income to be at least 3 times the rent amount for units where you pay your own utilities and at least 2 times the rent amount where utilities are included. Of course we are pet friendly, after all pets are a part of the family! We do allow up to 2 pets, this can include cats, dogs, and small caged pets (example birds, bunnies, hamsters). Cats and Dogs must be over a year old, spayed or neutered, and on a flea treatment program from your veterinarian. Aggressive dogs are not allowed. We do not accept the following breeds of dogs: Pit Bull, German Shepard, Akita, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, and Staffordshire Bull Terrier (or any Pitbull breed family). We do not have a weight limit on dogs. There is a flat pet fee of $200.00 (non-refundable) and an extra $40.00 a month in rent. We do not charge any additional rent or pet fee for service pets. You must pay for a full year of renter's insurance and have the declaration and proof of payment in full to us now or before move in. Renter's insurance is very affordable and well worth it. The cost depends on your personal property and how much you are insuring it for. We do require that you carry liability insurance, however it is up to you on if and how much you are insuring your personal property for.
