We currently only have open availability starting July 1, 2026. We can except a month stay and will consider a year stay. If looking to stay for multiple month and sign a lease a credit check and qualifying documents will be required. If looking to stay for 30 to 90 days not credit check or qualifying documents are needed but will require full funds at move-in. All utilities for the home are included to max of $450, if over-usage of utilities to exceed this amount due to over use of tenant then bill will be shared and additional usage charged to guest (have not run into anyone go over that yet). Pet fee is $200 for 1 pet. If multiple pets please inquire. There is also a $295 Check-out Cleaning Fee charged at check-in. We can offer mid stay cleaning if requested for additional fees. There is a $1,000 deposit hold charge to the credit card to pay for the 30 day stay, it is released within 48 hours after check-out. You will be able to book the home directly on our company website. No application fees are required if looking to pay in advance for length of stay. We do require all payments upfront. If looking for a longer term lease this will require a credit check with minimum credit score and qualifying documents.
