I love living here, but go away for the winter. Owner pays all utilities but a $75 credit applies toward electric, in other words the owner pays first $75 and renters pays the remainder. The electric will not exceed this amount under normal circumstances. WiFi is included. Renter is deposited in owner's account by close of business on the 5th of each month First months rent and deposit is required at time of lease agreement. Lease is 6 months only. No pets, no smoking including vaping or cannabis. Heated single parking space available for a fee.
