It is currently on special going for $774 per month & they are just less than 1,000 square feet. All of our apartment homes come equipped with a full size washer and dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal and central air conditioning. There is an abundance of closet space as well as all blinds included. Water, sewer & trash removal are all included in the monthly rent, you are responsible for your own electric and gas. We are a pet friendly community, requiring a non refundable $150.00 pet fee, as well as $25.00 per month, per pet & you can have up to two. We do not have any size/weight restrictions, however we are breed specific with dogs-not allowing any aggressive breeds. We are within walking distance to downtown Grand Blanc and a short way to all of the major highways and expressways. Our location is one of our prime features!
