Best part about this house is how beautiful and likeable it is. It is a 4.95 stars on abnb very private quiet and sits on a lot above the Shenandoah River with your own spectacular private secenic overlook. This neighborhood use to be a former campsight for weekend homes but now you can live full time. Still has a fun chill vibe! Outdoor shower is not operational Dec. thru Mar. all utilities included except propane for hot water heater (best guess $30 to $50 per month)
