It is located on the 4th floor of the historic Wheelock Building, a structure built in 1920. The building is accessed via a key coded entrance located on 22nd Street North. The residential floors are accessed via an elevator that requires a key to operate...this is a very safe & secure building! The loft has an open & airy setting. You have a nice living area with a comfy couch & 55" TV. There is a reading area overlooking the city. The dining area has a large table, this is perfect for entertaining & also is a great work/study space. The kitchen has everything you need & a stackable washer/dryer is located in the closet. The bathroom has a large shower with 2 shower heads & the bedroom has a great queen size bed. There is a rooftop terrace that is shared by the buildings occupants, this is a great place to unwind & watch a great sunset. Smoking is NOT allowed in this loft. Lease duration is negotiable.
