Basement and garage complete the package. Property could easily be made into 3 bedrooms. Large concrete patio outside as well First Month, last month, security deposit due at move in. No pets preferred. $50 a month per pet, pet fee if I agree to your pet. More if its a pit bull that has a history of eating children. Tenant pays utilities and provides lawncare. No appliances included except for a dishwasher. The washer and dryer there will work but I am not replacing them if they stop working. If you want appliances provided that is negotiable. Rent will be expected by the fifth of the month. Late fees will be charged and you will be evicted if you do not pay. Fees will also be charged if I have to come collect the rent, message you about the rent, or meet you somewhere to collect the rent. If you fail to put utilities in your name you will be charged a fee as well as having your utilities shut off, usually on Friday, before a long weekend. If you plan on not paying, don't message me. If you don't have a reliable source of income significant enough to cover the rent, don't message me. I will ask you questions if you do message me. If you do not answer the questions I will not show you the house.
