Main Floor: It has a very spacious living and dining room. The kitchen is large. It come provided with a gas stove and refrigerator. It has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. Basement: It has a full basement which is completely usable. The laundry is set up in the basement with a laundry shoot from the upstairs. There is a washer and dryer that was left by previous tenants, that are available for use, but I don't guarantee them to work. The other part of the basement has been used as an office for remote computer work, work shop, man cave and storage. There is a full functional bathroom, but it hasn't been improved. Second Floor: There is a second story that has never been finished. It is usable for storage, but lacks heat and other improvements. It is not a living area. Internet: This is one of the most exciting things about moving to certain small towns...there is fiber ran to the house as part of a huge rewiring program the phone company is doing through it's whole district. The fiber project is set to be done this spring with speeds: 25Meg/S for $65/month, 50 Meg/S for $85, or 100 Meg/S for $105. I was also told if there is a need they can provide up to 1 Gig speeds. Yard: The yard is huge, taking up almost a half city block. The other half block is a large grassy field, owned by the phone company. The edge of town where the corn/bean fields start is no more than 150 yards away. The city of Cumberland allows chickens and other farm animals (no roosters, that crow anyway).
