THERE IS A MUD ROOM AS YOU ENTER THE FRONT DOOR. WITH ALL THE APPIANCES YOU NEED. WASHER AND DYER ARE SHARED WITH THE OTHER HOMEs BASEMENT. Owners pay WiFi. Heating oil is on you and must be put in your name when you move in. Trash pick up can be done with the road trash guy. Ask owner for more detail. Snow removal can be set up with owners if you cannot find your own person but is paid by you. Heat will need to be put in your name during the winter month. This is a 6 month rental only. Starting October 1st to March 31st. This is a non smoking house. Pets must be approved by owner.
