Welcome to our home! We recently moved back to my hometown in the country but truly love and have enjoyed this home for years. We honestly just can't let this gem go. Being married to an RN I'm blown away by how grueling the job is but my wife truly understands the rigors and difficult schedules of the job! We (my beautiful wife) have made every attempt to provide all of the comforts that you deserve and have when you are in your own home. Blackout curtains, comfy mattress/ bedding/ pillows, and reclining leather couches just to name a few. It is conviently located minutes from Southeast Health Hospital, where she worked night shift for years while living in this home. Positioned in a quiet neighborhood you can enjoy nice walks and will notice the same neighbors exercising and walking their dogs every day. Having dogs ourselves we welcome you to bring the fur babies and have a fenced in back yard for them to roam. The beautiful white sand beaches of Panama City Beach are about 90 minutes away if you're in to that. We ask you to please grab our chairs, umbrellas, and coolers and enjoy the cold beverage of your choice while soaking up some sun. It's also worth noting that we are only few minutes from downtown Dothan which host multiple festivals annually, shopping, dining, and many other entertainment opportunities. The lease is drawn up by a local attorney and will be signed at the property on arrival.
