The house is older and is likely not suited for someone who has just left the newer, luxury units. The house does not have those amenities. The house is very well suited for someone who is looking for a unit that is private, secure and homey with courteous and respectful tenants- and an owner who lives on the premises and is available to the tenants 24/7. RENT: The rent for an individual is $1,790.00, including utilities (heat, gas, electric, hot water, cold water, taxes, sewer). DEPOSIT: First month rent, last month rent and security. LEASE: All leases are recurring month to month. The departing tenant is a local attorney- she has been living here almost 4 years, on a month to month basis. She will be showing the apartment to perspective tenants. Two (2) window Air Conditioners provided NO LAUNDRY: The apt does not have a laundry or hook-up. PARKING: There is an off street parking lot.
